Cognate Health Services — refund/reimbursement issue / no service received.

I am writing this mail with very disappointing feedback & commitment.
I have enrolled for "couple preventive family health package" with the sum of 5000 rs. From "cognate health services private limited".
In these plan they had committed me for lots of benefit & plans, but you have failed always & they have fooled me.
It is my request to you that please help me in getting my work hard money.
Also everyone reading this complaint please don't purchase this policy ever.
