Cognizant — Cognizant Offer Letter not dispatched after HR discussion

Hi,
My name is Pooja Dabral. I cleared my cognizant interview and had discussion with HR on 15-July regarding salary. HR told me that I can expect offer in 2-3 days.
It's been more than 15 days and offer letter is still not dispatched. I tried to connect with HR team but no one is responding to my email.
A status update on the offer letter will be highly appreciated. Please do let me know incase of any further discussion.
