[Resolved]  Cognizant — cts not releasing offer letter since one month

Hi,

This is aniruddh dubey and i have given interview on 21st april, 2018 at cts pune for sap security and grc and cleared all rounds (Technical + hr).
Hr told me that i will get the offer letter in a week but i didn't received it yet.

After 2 days i have got a mail to upload my photograph. From that day no response or any update comes from cts HR team.

When I previously raised the complaint, i had got a call from HR team that my offer is pending for BU approval and they have put it on HOLD because they want more experience guy for that position.

I mean it is unbelievable, if i was not having that much of knowledge than how i could have been able to crack the interview. I am having a great 4+ yrs of experience in SAP Security and GRC, and i have cleared all the interviews successfully, the interviewers has given me 4 marks in each section out of 5 for the Associate position, I am having copy of it.

I am waiting for the offer since last one month sitting at home idle.
How can companies play with any one's emotion, it would have been better if you had rejected me in the initial round instead of giving false hopes to someone after selecting the candidate.

I thingk thats why CTS is going down in IT market, i have seen several complaints like this in the forum.

When HR told me that i will receive offer with in one week, i have putted resign in my current company, now they are not releasing the offer letter.

I am not concerned about joining, even if you will give the joining date after one or 2 months i will be ok with that but please send the offer letter atleast. So that i will remain assured that i have got a job.
