Cognizant — did not get any call from hr after completing technical round - cognizant

Hi,

I attended an interview at cts kolkata on jan 13th 2017 and cleared technical and filled up hr (Cis) form. At the end hr informed me that i will get a call from hr for further discussion but i haven't get yet. Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my photo in one of their portal. After that, i haven't received any updates. What will i do?
