Cognizant — interview status and on boarding mail

I had attended the walk in conducted on 15th dec 2018 and cleared 2 rounds of technical and hr rounds of interviews and was asked to expect offer letter with 2 weeks and no communication afterwards.

Just last week i received a call from hr team to upload supporting documents via the link sent, but i have not received the link till today. Many follow ups with the on boarding team was done, no reply/update on my status. My details are as follows:
