Cognizant — not received offer letter attended on february 16

I have attended the interview on 16th february and got selected. After few weeks i have received a mail from talent to upload the details. After that i didn't receive any updates from hr. Last month they called me and asked to update the details in the candidate form and i have updated. It has been two months and till now i didn’t got any updates from the team.
