Cognizant — not received the offer letter.

Hi,
My name is astha sinha. I am studying in srm institute of science and technology. I got recruited by cognizant as graduate trainee on 24th october 2019. And i haven't heard from the company after that. We are told that the offer letter will be provided by january.
I request you to help me out with this.
