Cognizant — offer letter not received for automation role

I gave an interview on 9th june2018 for automation role
And cleared all the rounds, there were two technical and one hr,
Hr told me i will be receiving the offer letter soon
Then on 11th june 2018 (Monday) i got a mail from the cts hr to send my photo for proceeding further with the process, after that i have not received any mail from human resources.

I have attended interview on 5th may in chennai and cleared all rounds hr told me that i will get offer letter in 2 weeks after that i got a call about my selection they told me that i will get offer letter in 1 week but now 2 months over i didn't recieved offer letter yet.
