Dear team, I attended interview drive for siebel developer on 13th mar 2018 in cts, manyata tech park, bangalore office. Poc - chetan Hr recruiter - pooja. Ramanagoudar ( Pooja. [protected]@cognizant.com) I completed my hr round on 13 march, 2018. Hr informed me the salary package and said i will get offer letter in a week time but i have not received offer letter yet. I have already contacted hr recruiter pooja. Ramanagoudar multiple times through email and phone but he is not giving any response and not giving any status of the offer letter. It has past 5 weeks already and i do not have a point of contact or any contact from them. I have sent mail to the person who have sent me the invite and also the person who have posted it on naukri for a status update but there is no response.

Sent CIS form to HR and she mentioned that you will get a cal within a week but it’s been more than 10 days, no updates.

Is there any approvals needed from hr side to conduct hr discussion round? How many days it will take?

Previous rounds were cleared.

Me also attended on 21.04.2018 and selected on same day but I am not receive offer letter from Cognizant. I don't know why they are conducting Interview if there is no need to release Offer letter.

I think better we Wii try other opportunities, instead of waiting for Cognizant
