I have attend the interview on cognizant tco (Thoraipakkam) on feb 16 2019 for the position of android developer. I have attend the two technical rounds one hr round and past week march 7 2019 i got a call from cognizant regarding project allocation but still now i did not receive any offer i don't have any hr contact details. I have attended cts interview happened on 2nd mar 2019 for informatica developer in kandanchavadi chennai, and cleared all the rounds. discussed salary at HR lebel but on the next i got a mail saying that yr application put on hold. what does it mean and can i expect joining letter ?

I also selected for Android developer..and got status mail as selected.But not get any update from cts.Hr also not responding..
