Cognizant Technology Solutions — cognizant offer letter not received for interview on 5th may 2018 at kandanchavadi

I have attended an interview at cts kandanchavadi may 5th 2018 and cleared all the rounds. At the end hr informed me that i would receive my offer letter with in two weeks but i haven't received yet. Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my photo in one of cts portal and i have uploaded may 7th 2018. After that, i haven't receive offer letter.

It has been more than 40 days and no response from the hr team as well. I tried contacting the person who sent interview confirmation to me. She didn't respond as well. Please resolve this.
