Cognizant Technology Solutions — hr round cleared, no offer letter released yet

I gave interview in cognizant on date 13th july 2019, i cleared hr round. They told me they will release my offer letter in next week but no update. When i emailed them and they replied on 2 and 6 august mentioning that they will release my offer till eod but still i didn't received offer letter. After that i took update from them and now they are saying they didn't received approval. Afain i called them they told me they are not sure if they will release it or not. Could you please help me with it. Will i receive offer letter or not.

I gave interview @Kochi location. HR round cleared. They promised me to give offer letter through email but still I didn't received offer letter. Now they are saying they are waiting for approval.
You said you called to them.can you please give their number?

Nope bro. First HR told me on email and call that I'll receive offer letter, After that she made contradictory statement and told me that she didnt get the approval when she will get it she will release the offer and if she didnt get it then she will not release the offer.
