[Resolved]  Cognizant Technology Solutions — no onboarding/pre-joining email received post offer release

Hi All,

I got recieved offer letter on 26 July 2018 but have not recieved onboarding/pre-joining email yet.

Somedays later I talked to HR, she said some issue with backend and will get it sorted but no resolution yet.
Since then I am following up almost daily over email but no luck.

Please comment if anyone faced such type of issue and how it got resolved.

Can you please share your number, i am also having same issue got offer letter and pre join mail as well but onecognizant portal not validate my email .
