[Resolved]  Cognizant Technology Solutions — offer letter not received yet from cognizant

I attended an interview of cognizant held in Bhubaneshwar on 16th feb 2019 for Datastage developer, i got selected and the hr informed me that i will be getting the offer letter in 15-20 days time.

After a week i received a mail from talent acquisition for uploading my photo and some basic details in a portal.The same was submitted successfully. after that same mail i received 2 times on 29th march from talent acquisition for uploading my photo and some basic details in a portal. Again, i filled up details.
I tried to reach cognizant hr team but there is no response from them.

And without getting offer letter, i got a mail from cognizant on 4th April 2019

"Dear Sweety Kumari,

Congratulations !!!

We from Cognizant would like to make your onboarding experience a smooth and hassle free one.

This is Benedict Alexander from Cognizant TAG team. I will be your single POC for all your queries regarding BGV, pre joining formalities completion.

Kindly write to me on all your queries along with your candidate ID/ Reference number mentioned in your offer letter.

Also, please let me know the below details.

1) LWD with Current organization

2) DOJ at Cognizant

Note : I will get back to you within 48 hours of your mail .

Then, I replied, without getting an offer letter, this is not possible to send DOJ at cognizant and LWD at current organization. I didn't get any reply from his side.

I am not sure if normally they would take more than two months to release the offer letter.

Please help me to get my offer letter.
