Cognizant Technology Solutions — offer letter or document submit email is not received

Hi team,

I have attended interview on manyata tech park and cleaned all the rounds. At the end hr told that i will be receiving the next level of communication email to submit documents with in a week. But i haven't not received any emails. The hr scheduled my interview call also its asking extension to connect.

Could you help me with this?.
