He send email regarding cognizant company ..and i deposited 4000 rs to is icic account and now he switched off is mobile no and telling that interview is postponed

I didn't get my on-boarding pass yet and also my date of joining has been deferred from 20-Jan-2020 to 21-Jan-2020. Still my bgv process not completed please help me out even i sent a mail to HR he didn't response. Please help me out
