Cognizant Technology Solutions — regarding offer letter of 7th april

I have attended the interview on 7th April, 2018 as an experienced java developer in Kolkata. I have cleared 2 technical rounds and salary discussion was completed in the hr round on same day. I got the selection mail from CognizantTAG on 16th April where it is mentioned that I have cleared the
interview and I will get the offer letter shortly but till now I don't get the offer letter even I don't get any further information. I am really very confused. Anyone have any information regarding this please share.

Updated by Rimi Mukherjee HR has told me on the day of my interview that I will get the offer within 5 to 10 days if I am selected. So I am confused whether I will get the offer letter or not.

Hello Rimi, Did you have mailed to candidaterespone. Actually the situation is same for me I also attended the interview on 7th April at Kolkata got that mail on 10th but not received offer letter till now.

I think you should send mail to candidateresponse now as it is getting almost 30 days now.

I have sent the mail to Candidateresponse but don't get any reply from them.
Today I have written to them as my 30 days is getting over tomorrow. Let's see what they are going to reply
