Cognizant Technology Solutions — Required Hike Letter,Payslip

I am a former employee of cognizant(ID:393192).I am unable to access the external user one cognizant portal, since i have not completed the Azure registration, which is required to continue accessing the portal.The invite to complete the registration process was expired/revoked.I would like to get access to the portal/need assitance to get the required documents.

I have reachedout to [protected]@cognizant.com.But I have not received any response.
