Cognizant Technology Solutions — waiting for offer letter for more than 5 months

I am karthick raj. I attended interview and cleared it on mar'16 in cts kandanchavadi for power bi and hr told me that i will receive my offer letter in 3 weeks. I got candidate information filling form till now. Whenever i check the spoc, i receive a response saying that they will connect with me if they have any opportunity for my skill. But i saw interviews happening for my same skills after few months also. It's highly frustrating that they took almost 5 months and still haven't processed my offer letter. There is no time frame given when they will release the offer too. Someone kindly inspect and let me know the reason why i am not given the opportunity yet. Was this information helpful? Yes I contacted and I receive a response saying that she will let me know if any opportunity is available for me. And it took 5 months, still I haven't got any opportunity. I follow up every week and receive same response
