Cognizant — Unable to accept DOJ / unable to login to 1C portal

Hi,

My DOJ has been changing multiple times and last confirmed on Oct 5th and all my documentation work has been completed. However, I am not able to login to the 1C portal. I have been raising around 30 tickets regarding the same and tried multiple ways of logging in using IE, Edge and Chrome. But still the issue remains same.

Lately my DOJ has been moved to OCT 26th. But I am still not able to login to the portal to accept the DOJ.

The error says -
"User account 'td.[protected]@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_SAML_PROD) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account"

Please help me with this issue.
