I had transferred INR 25000 on 12th May, 2022 to CoinDCX account using bank transfer. The money was instantly deducted from my bank account and credited to the beneficiary account. It’s been more than 24 hours and I still do not see the amount reflecting in my CoinDCX account wallet. There is no customer support and only automated bot interactions on the app. I raised a ticket and was promised a call back within 6 hours by the machine. A day has passed and I have not received any response or update on my complaint. Refund my money immediately or face dire consequences.
