Colive — Deposit not received

Hi, i have not received my deposit back and it’s been more than 2 months . They took from me 12000 and in settlement mail they have deducted unnecessary expenses(PFA snip). They said you redeem then you will get money but no reponse from the team. They are just making me fool by saying you will get tomo, day after etc etc . Please take a quick action on this . I want my full security deposit back as soon as possible.

Stay was at colive signature towers Doddanekundi
Point of contact - Rajdeep, Sandhya, Bhanu Gowda not responding my calls texts etc.
