I booked colive clanton room no 511 on the 6th of June, 2022. I had paid Rs. 18000 as deposit and was told during booking by their salesperson that there was no lockin period and that there would be only a RS 4000 deduction at the time of checkout. ph no of salesperson[protected]
I had raised the required notice period of 1 month on the 31st of July, 2022 and the checkout was done on 31st August which is in accordance to their room vacating policy. After this, I received an email from colive on 17 sept, 2022, saying I had pending dues of rs 5233 after deducting rs 16000 as "lockin charges" from the deposit. I also haven't received any refund from colive so far and there is an additional charge of Rs. 575 without any explanation. The refund was supposed to be received within 15 days of checkout and they are already late. they are threatening legal action if i dont pay this dubious settlement amount in 2 days. i tried calling their customer support (no - [protected]) but they pickup only after several attempts. and when they do pickup, they frequently cut the call as soon as i tell them the problem. The ones who do listen say they will find out and respond, but none of them have responded with anything yet. I also sent an email to [protected]@colive.com and also havent received any reply.
