Colive — did not get the refund while vacating

I had stayed in a colive pg called sri ganesha pg, prshanth extension. As per the terms and conditions, i had given 1 month notice time. I vacated on 18th of november and yet they had taken full month rent which was not the agreed terms. Cheated me out of 3200 rs.
