Colive — I paid booking and they confirmed if the room is not good we will get fully refunded however now they are not inviting it

I had booked colive flat by the colive agent however after visit I found the flat wasn't worth .hence I decided to look some other pg's but the booking agent is now not paying the amount .please help me I want my complete refund back.
