Colive — pathetic management

My name is Poornima N. I wanted raise the voice against colive. I viewed the property in the month of nov but I was not convinced with pricing .since the sales team kept on calling me with the colourful offers. I agreed for zero deposit and 2020 scheme and checked in to the property. I work in night shift shift and I clearly informed the colive team regarding this .I had been contacting n number of people and send out multiple emails regarding this. I have so far not got the complete services which promised. The rent agreed including wifi, tv, hotwater, housekeeping and the 3times meal is 10000rs, out of which first 2months I did not have wifi, hot water and food facility. I have so far paid 17000rs since the day checked in and I have clearly mentioned that I dont want to pay the security deposit .Today I came across a very strange thing, non of the people from colive but the property owner walks up to my room, He talks to me very rudely and he cuts down the power supply and the water supply to my room and the housekeeping guy misbehaves with me and my guests. I AM ANSWERABLE TO COLIVE TO ANYBODY ELSE. I DEEPLY REGRET THE LOSS CAUSED TO ME AND LOOKING FOR THE HELP REGARDING THIS .
