I have stayed in colive lotus park unit of marathalli bangalore from 1 July to 28 aug 22. The security deposit paid was 21500 . As per agreed terms in agreement, the service level agreed was to refund money by 15 September with deduction of aug month electric bill. Have tried reaching company via it's 1 app tickets raised 2. Reached few mangers of company 3. Emails written. There has been only one call from refund person, thereafter person is not picking calls or responding to maile ans or whatsApp msg sent. This company is known to create issues in refunding it's occupants money. Entire internet is full. There has been no damage caused ans successful checkout done on 28 aug, even before term
till 31 aug and property handed over to property manager. Video of same has been made to safeguard own interest and any loose claims of any damage not caused yet claimed on me by them. Without any reasons and even been reached out this company is not responding and coming forward for refund. This is causing mental harassment, good trust and interfering with professional life and daily life responsibility. Iam, now based at mumbai as I left this pg on 28 aug. This company is taking advantage as iam not present in station to follow up personally and sort the matter. Please take action against them and support on having refund issued with delay interest and compensation for mental harassment caused
