colourful Vacations — singapore tour lunch not provided

During our singapore bali trip with colourful vacation in 2016 may 21 to 28th they have collected rs.1350/ for providing lunch at universal studio. They have not provided and no refund was done even after repeated requests. Communication with colour vacation is given below. Please help me in this regard.

Thank you for your arrangements made for our singapore bali trip.in our trip bali trip was beautiful and they helped us nicely. Regarding singapore part it was a harrowing experience. Please dont take singapore trip if you dont have proper operators. All our trip was made colorless by singapore people. Another thing clare mont is the worst hotel in little india. Our bed was with full of bugs and mites. They did not arrange lunch to us at universal studio. Please return the amount rs.1350/ my ac no is [protected] sbi adb branch palakkadifsc code sbi0001660
