Infected water provided to patient

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka, 560037

I admitted my 6 years old daughter yesterday to columbia asia whitefield hospital for viral fever. I have called up cafe to get hot water for my daughter. But after sometime they got water in tea flask which was not cleaned/washed and the water is mixed with tea. This shows how hygenic they are and how careless they are. I have recorded video of this. Will soon take action legally....

Regarding denial of rs. 500 and rs. 1000 notes

Address:411014

I have been to columbia asia hospital for my emergency check-up and wanted to pay the bill in cash. I had few notes of rs. 500 and rs. 1000 but the billing department clearly denied the option to accept these notes after announcement by rbi regarding new currency notes being released. This should not be the case with hospitals as they provide emergency health care services to common citizens. Can you please help with this issue?...

I had gone to visit her (10/8/18) and was sipping a cup of tea waiting for the elevator. After about 15 mins waiting when the lift finally arrived the guard near the elevator named gopinath told me that tea wasn't allowed inside the lift. I told him why he didn't tell me that earlier because i was in a rush as i had to go back...

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana, 122017
Website:india.columbiaasia.com/hospitals/palam-vihar/contactus

Hello,
I consulted Dr Ashish for lump issue on right collarbone & he recommended few tests. I took the appointment on 21 & was there on time but no doc was present hence they shifted it to next day. I enquired about charges which were 2000 INR.
I arrived on time & made the bill payment, this process is itself very irritating at your hospital because no one clearly know what needs to be done and what not. I made advanced payment...

I had been to my home at Bengaluru for Diwali vacation on 20th October 2014. As soon I had come, after two hours I felt fever along with lot of shivering. My mom thought it to be sickness due to travelling. Just casually I went to local Hospital where they got my blood and stool samples checked....

Worst Experience

The decision making process in my case has been haphazard and inconsistent. When I came in to the emergency with pain in my chest – I was admitted saying its fatty liver. After Ultra sounds and Xray scan it was determined as stones in the liver – after multiple scans it was determined there is no stone in liver. Then it was determined that I had lung infection – after 2 days. During the process it was determined I could have swine...
