My spouse was admitted to hospital for Tubectomy-Open surgery & the estimation of bill was 17000 & later on, the bill was raised for 21977, it is almost 30% bill extra paid the same on Sunday 26/02/2017..I was in a hurry to go home with my spouse after a day stress @ hospital.
When I came to follow up on next week with my spouse, I had a query on bill & i found there was some extra description line item was added in the bill, questioned the same to finance team & trying to escape from this issue then i came to know that they have cheated me & 1200 (general drape kit) was added extra after.. it was check in pharmacy account it was not issued to patient & it was billed...
if I would never ask about it the amount was never refunded to me, the staff were complete neglect & what ever consumable they buy from pharmacy it is their account & liberty to use it..
Event they have not asked us anyone & the estimation of consumables was 3500 & charged 6358 & medicines estimation was 1500 & charged 2809 even @ patient normal condition..
I was trusted the hospital most & now really not..
