Columbia Asia Hospital — unprofessional/rude attitude of inquiry and appointment person | |||
Many times i have visited columbia asia but they always refused my health insurance provider 'religare' opd cashless card. One last time when i visited i made them see mails from senior religare officials and they finally searched for religare card swiping machine and agreed to the usage my opd cashless card. But to my surprise, today when i visited the hospital they (Appointment person meghna and enquiry person nikhil) again refused with no care to atleast look into the matter once.
