Comedk — parents name is incorrect in the application form

Dear sir,
I succesfully subbmited the application and paid the fees online for comedk 2020.
User id/ app no: hcu029468
Name: melissa joseph
Fathers name: biju mathew
Mothers name: ranju sebastian.

After entering the details and submitting the application online, when i downloaded the application pdf it was observed that both the parents' name was replaced with my name.

I request you to correct the father's and mother's name to biju mathew and ranju sebastian respectively. So that i can download the corrected application once again.
