We had subscribed to iyer community matrimony, brahmin matrimony and bharat tamil matrimony and had been regularly paying huge amounts to you every quarter for the last several years. However we deeply regret to note that servicesof iyer matrimony were extremely poor and now tney have resorted to harassing your customers by withholding and blocking services after obtaining full payment from customers.

We have made various phone calls to one mr. Mustafa of community matrimony and also sent various emails to iyer matrimony for the last 8/9 days almost on a daily basis continuously informing them that though we have paid the full amount to them and also confirmed by their officials, for utilising "astromatch", they had had suddenly blocked access to "astromatch" (Error: b10) after allowing us access for 6/7 days, from the date of initial payment, though sufficient balance is available. Their officials (Mr. Mustafa) on enquiry over phone had confirmed that blockade was wrongly done and that they are following up with your back office for activating "astromatch" to enable us to utilise the said services for which we had paid the full amount. However so far they had not taken any action in the matter other than giving false assurances to rectify their mistake

No action taken by Iyer Community Matrimony till date (Friday 3rd April, 2020) for allowing access to "Astromatch" for which full payment was made by us and acknowledged by them. They had wrongly blocked this facility after receiving full payment despite reminder them on daily basis now for more than 8/9 days.They are giving false assurances to rectify their mistakes when contacted over phone several times.
