I had bought a 6 month subscription for my sister last year and specifically did not ask for any renewal. However, to my surprise an amount of 204£ got deducted from my bank account.
I see this as violation of my authority - you should not keep my bank details and you should also not renew this subscription without my consent. I paid this for my sister last year and we are not any more interested in this service.
Please refund the amount that you deduced.
It is absolutely not right to take people's money without their consent and to store their card information in your database.

I specifically did not select for auto renewal. Infact 6 months ago after my subscript got over, i noticed that they had auto renewal on. I categorically switched it off. They sent an email 8 hours before auto-renewal (2am) and,. It was night in uk and i did not notice that email. By morning 10 am they had deducted 204£ from my account.

I feel extremely violated and cheated by community matrimony. You cannot simply take payment from people without asking them. And it is a huge amount of money for me.

Please return my money at the earliest. Otherwise, i will put forward a formal complaint to the uk and india consumer protection and rights for this activity by your company. Please do not delay as i need the money urgently.
