[Resolved] Compare DTH — New connection installation | |||||
Unfortunately, I placed an order for a new DIsh TV installation at www.comparedth.com on 01/02/2016 and the agent of the company who was assisting me placing the order said that the installation will be done within 3 hrs. After placing the order they never contacted or picked my call. Now after 4 days when I canceled my order they are not refunding my money. They respond after trying to call them for continuous two hours and immedialy disconnect the call abruptly. They have made my life hell as it seems they are a fraud company. Jan 15, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks a lot. Refund has been completed and it has been transferred to my bank account.
I would not have cancelled the order had they not have committed false time frame for the deliver of my order multiple times. Customer services needs to be improved a lot. They should not lie to customers. | |||||

There should be an option to rate in negative value for companies like Compare DTH. These are farud companies always making false promises for making sales. Never trust them.

Last week when i have ordered AIRTEL DTH through COMPARE DTH website, ashutosh called me and said there is shoes offer with respect to DTH, He said along DTH i will receive Shoes and he didnt even ask for size of shoes and i proactively called him and said Shoes NO-7, he changes his words and said shoes will delivered with in a week and you must make payment of Rs-199/- i said ok.
AIRTEL DTH was installed and i called once again ashutosh, after DTH installation he stopped answering my calls, after continuous calling to him, next time Mr.Himanshu said Shoes will be delivered only when i make payment of Rs-199/- through online and disconnected the call.
I have made online payment of Rs-199/- on 20/06/2016, till now no body has called me, during AIRTEL DTH installation, they were very much interested in achieving there targets .
When it comes to Shoes Offer no body is answering my calls from Website - https://www.comparedth.com/,
I have raised a complaint also through that website, every time it says it says complaintg is regsitered, we will get back to you, but till date no body responded.
Brand Like AIRTEL should not support such websites for sales purpose, If it is supporting be aware of such offers which webiste is offering and keeping there promises.
If i donot receive Shoes, I will definetly report to further Cyber Crime and also lodge a police complaint against the website
Find payment receipt made against Shoes and AIRTEL DTH connection.
