[Resolved] Compare DTH — Offer along with the product not delivered | |||||
Sir, I have purchased one product on 03/01/2016 (Dish Tv HD) where there was a free offer (Pair of Shoe), paying Rs. 199/- as a shipping charges against above on Merchant Website : comparedth.com vide EBS Payment ID : 4680064 the payment has been made successfully from my side. Now Sir, I have enquired regarding the same to Compare DTH customer care over phone but no one can give me information about the status of the product. I have gone through the review from various customer that no one has availed the same offer. I expect you would be kind enough to take a necessary step regarding the same. Jan 21, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After writing to Consumer complaints I had received a call from Comparedth that they have inquired about my product and will be informing me the will send me the POD number as soon as the product will be dispatched to me. But since 1 week has elapsed I have received neither POD nor any confirmation from the vendor. I have rang several times but no one from the customer service of M/s Comparedth received my phone. I wrote again to Consumer Court for the 2nd time and at last I have received my product in my address on 20/01/2015 without receiving any phone and the POD number from the Corrier.

I got a shie gift voucher after purchsing airtel dth connection.
