Compare DTH — Refund of money of 1599/- | |||||
I ordered DTH (dishtv) connection and paid 1599/- online 16/02/2016. Yesterday (17/02/2016). But due to the lack of proper signal strength nad LOS area, installation process could not be done. I called at the comapre dth customer care and told them the same issue . Then, a request for the cancellation of the order has been raised on 18/02/16. I was told to check after 10 days with your bank or customer care regarding the refund. From 01/03/2016, I am continuing calling them, they pick up my call and when i start talking about the refund, they just cut the call. This whole process cause a mental agony to me. I am a responsible government official but this behaviour or irresponsibility harms me as well as my work profile Plz take the necessary steps to resolve this issue. My mobile no is [protected]. Compare dth is blaming you now for the delay in refund as you are not returning the client money. I called you also at your customer care regarding the same issue. They told me that my number is not registered with you. So they can't help in this regard.
What should I do?No body is taking responsibility for complain.
What is happening, either they( comparedth) are picking money from public on your name or both of you (together)are dumping the people?
In either case your image is breaking down in market, you should think about that.
Kindly do something positive to resolve my issue. I am again saying I am a responsible govt official this whole process hampering my work also.
If nothing happen from any side, I will go to media means ABP or Zee news against comparedth and you. I don't know how many people have been dumping by this way.
