My videocon dth customer id is[protected] I have raised a complaint for deactivating my account and cancellation of setup box on 13th november 2017, complaint id[protected]. They had taken the complaint and informed me that their person will come and collect my setup box. However even until now, no one has come to pick the setup box. When i called the customer care again, they tell that the complaint has been closed without my consent. The issue was to be closed yesterday 20th nov 2017. However, i had not received any calls from videocon personal regarding my issue. Hence i had called the customer care again on 20th nov to clarify regarding my issue. They said me that it will be cleared by 24hrs. However, i did not get any calls even after 28hrs. Hence, i had called the customer care again. Now they tell me that the old complaints have been cancelled as they have not worked on it. They forced me to lodge a new complaint today. Even after my rejection they raised a new complaint without my consent[protected]. My balance during the complaint on 13th nov was 250 odd rupee. However, my current balance is 50odd. How can my subscription continue without my consent and my account deducted even though i am not able to see any channels. I have all the recordings of my calls to customer care from 13th nov to till date. I dont believe or trust videocon customer care or service personal to help me in this matter.
