Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — complaint unresolved for dth split connection | |||
This is to inform you that I am a customer of Airtel dth (Customer Id :[protected]) and In last week of April I have taken 3 more set top boxes. I have registered a complaint on 19th May, 2019 (Complaint No.:[protected] regarding the connection split, but the split has been done on the wrong connection (i.e. [protected]-001) again I have register a complaint on 1st June, 2019 and I have been assured for the solution in 24-48 hrs. but the complaint has not been registered in the first place because the customer care executive has not ask any details and give no complaint Number, then again I've complaint on 3rd June for split my two stb's [protected]-002 & [protected]-004 and their complaint No. is (for[protected] & for[protected] but that also not resolved within time limit of 24-48 hrs so I again complaint on 6th June (Complaint No.[protected] and again customer care executive has assured me for the solution within 24-48 hrs. but complaint unattended still.
