Hi, I ordered a new dishtv sd connection by from comparedth.com paying 1699/- online. I was promised by agent that connection will be installed with in 4-24 hrs after payment. Not even after 3 days i received a call from person. No bill on my name and no updates to my mobile. When a person called me after 5 days for installation, i rejected to take that dishtv as i already purchased from local dealer. I requested for cancel and refund by call and sent cancel request from my email and registered mobile number. I didnt get any updates or my money back yet even after 10 days of request. Such a fake commitments and promises. None of csa are patient enough to listen my problem and many of them showing their irritation on me. Was this information helpful? | |||
