I have made payment of 2500 to dth connect paytm wallet associated with [protected] for dish tv hd multi connection. I was promised same day installation. But no installation done nor they refunded amount. Now whenever i call they disconnect every time. No response from their side. They have looted my money. The girl who done this deal on phone from dth connect company no. [protected]. They are doing fraud with people. Please ban this company and provide a resolution for same. Feb 6, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Afti have complained sameissue with their customer support, emailed them as well and did lots of calls, finally they made the arrangement and my dish tv installed by 2nd day night, though the complain got resolved and my dish tv got installed . But it give me a lesson that don't go blindly and trust anybody on online website .thanks for helping me out .
