Sir/madam I have received a call from airtel dth employee from a mobile no. and after that from a landline no. He told me about the offer and channels of 1499 recharge for 12 months. i did it on 30 Nov 17 but i haven't got full benefits. some of channels are missing in this offer which airtel dth employee told me. channels like tensports, star sports hindi, all infoment channels, mtv, z news etc. So i haven't get full benefits.It shows the inconvenience for users and fraudness of that DTH services. i have received call from [protected]. I request you to solve this issue as soon as possible. The details of airtel digital tv employee attached here in screenshot. Even after 1month that problem not resolved and the airtel company says, we are not responsible for that. That is totally fraud with me. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
