Dear sir,
Yesterday i applied for a new dish tv connection through www.comparedth.com website. The company explained the pack and benefits and promised that i will receive the set-top box and activation of the connection with 24 hours and i made the payment of rs 1699. However, there is no news about the connection. I am constantly calling the customer care and following up, but they dont take calls are do not respond properly. I am extremely disappointed with their services and false promise. I request that they kindly setup my connection at the earliest or please refund my amount. Below is payment details
