[Resolved] Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — For refund they are asking card details of my debit card with cvv number

When i requested them for refund through ur site i got an call asking for my debit card number when i asked why
they are saying aapne consumer form pe complaint diya na iske liye refund card k details pe he hoga i have call recording with me

this big harrasment from compare dth

my previous complaint

I HAD ORDER DISH TV CONNECTION FROM U PEOPLE MAKING PAYMENT VIA NET-BANKING BUT THE INSTALLATION DIDN'T TOOK PLACE AFTER THAT I HAVE REQUESTED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR MY REFUND VIA MAIL AND CALLS AND VOICE MAIL BUT TILL DATE NO RESPONSE.. OR NO REFUND KINDLY REFUND THE AMOUNT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE BEFORE I LOOSE TRUST IN UR COMPARE DTH ITS AN HUMBLE REQUEST.

Updated by selva528 I had order dish tv connection from compare dth making payment via net-banking but the installation didn't took place after that i have requested multiple times for my refund via mail and calls and voice mail but till date no response.. Or no refund kindly refund the amount as early as possible before i loose trust in ur compare dth its an humble request.

something fishy is going on over hear

im facing all these harassment and trouble is just cos i booked from compare dth
