I have took connection online on 15th feb, since the installation person visited my address but the location is los and ask them to refund my entire amount i. E. Rs.1699/-.
Refund request # 5ca-828-8c444.

Tried reaching customer care but every time customer care number busy. I am waiting 10 to 15 minutes each time but no one responding my call.

Also i have emailed on [protected]@comparedth.com, but they also not responding on my email too.

Need your interfere to resolve my query asap.
