Sir, my name is mohammad ashraf, i purchased a tata sky connection on 16 nov 2018 with a free offer of a sports shoe against of rs 199/- for the coorier charge. As per shoe will be delivered within 15-25 days. But inspite of many phone calls till the shoe is not received. When i called they are dropped the call without any information.
