I purchased dish tv hd+ set up box from compare dth/vserve ecommerce sales & services on 10/13/2016. while purchasing they informed me that, i will get set up box with in 4-24 hours. still i didnt receive product. Please find below details. Order id: cdt[protected] Txn. id:[protected] Payment id: 61364051 Registered mobile: [protected] Email id: rbharath. [protected]@ gmail.com. When i am trying to call them no one is receiving the calls and i got calls from [protected], they are giving wrong token id which are raised on behalf of r. b. singh. please take necessary actions on compare dth at the earliest. they are spoiling so many people's money and time. I order a airtel DTH online via portal comparedth.com on 10th June andd make paymment of 1490 via HDFC Credit card but they didn't installed DTH at my house due to technical issue but still they have not refunded my payment of INR1490.
