I have cancelled tata sky on 7 April and asked for refund provide bank details still i have not received any refund . i have raised more then 25 complaints now and even initiated chat but there is no response. I have initaited a chat today and the representative left the chat instead providing information. Customer care numbers are disconnected not in use or it will go to Vm. I have red all the reviews and all are negative there is no refund made to any of the customer. If this continuous i need to raise a complain in cyber police as a fraud company. i am still getting messages stating you product will be delivered in 24 hours but i have cancelled it long back and got a call and message for refund asking to provide account details as per call i have provide account # and IFSC to support team i have sent them several emails but no response. i got a message stating payment will be refunded with 5 working days but still have not received any refund.
