Comparedth.com — Compare dth money not refunded

, I have paid Rs 1100 for DISH TV HDD RECORDER DTH connection through internet banking but immediately cancelled it within 15 minutes as i no longer required it and also send e-mail of cancellation and also called the customer care of comparedth.com this id [protected]@comparedth.com,

I request you to cancel my order which was booked today due to 2 reasons as I by mistake booked multisignal instead of single and due to area problem in dombivli you guys are not installing in this area.
So request you to cancel my order as soon as possible. And reverse my transaction by credit card. bat I have also talked with customer care of DIsh tv. They said since you have cancelled the order, we have refunded money to comparedth.com.

Now, comparedth.com is not replying my e-mails. They are not taking my phone.

If i call like a new customer, then immediately they ringback but when i asked them about the refund, they immediately disconnect the phone.

Pls refund my hard earned money back.
