Worst Experience. They provide the false Information. Initially they will guide you with false information after taking the Policy they will tell us that the reality. "PLEASE DONT FOOL PEOPLE and DONT WASTE OUR TIME. To explain the scenario clearly I planned to take a health Insurancce policy for my Parents approached Compare Policy Mr. Basant Oberoi & Mr. Amit - Manager guided me with the false information. They suggested me to go with Star Health Insurance Gain plan coverage is Rs.5, 00, 000/- flat premium of Rs. 15, 300/- I received call multiple times and asked me to pay the premium I cross checked multiple times and while paying also I asked him to explain the plan again he told me the same (Recording will be available with them). After paying the premium they delayed for 3 days to send us the receipt. On 4th day they are saying that coverage will be only for Rs. 3, 00, 000/- this whole exercise happened to be 10-15 days I kindly request PLEASE DONT CHEAT people with false Information. I'm not sure whether I will get my money back or not. I may file case in consumer if it is not going to credit in coupe of days. GUYS PLEASE DONT TRUST Comparepolicy.com my sincere suggestion.
